Picture
In 2008, during winter break of my senior year at Parsons, I was asked to customize an entire wardrobe for the characters in the April Cover Story "Survival Mode" of Italian Vogue. Working with Karl Templer's team, we assembled a closet to play off the of the season designer pieces. Since then, I have worked with various stylists creating custom pieces to saturate the ideas of their editorials. It is an amazing opportunity for a designer, not only because I get see my work reinterpreted in outfits with other designers I respect, but mostly because the more extreme these pieces are the better, they are very saturated ideas. It has allowed me to grow, experiment, and surprise myself.
