Wyatt Hough is a creative living in Southern California. Raised in three very distinct regions of the Western United States, Hough went on to attend college at the Maryland Institute College of Art, followed by Parsons School of Design in New York, through which he attended Parsons Paris before receiving his BFA in 2009. His work has appeared on the cover of Italian Vogue, inside French, Chinese and Teen Vogue, as well as Double Magazine, Interview, and more. He was profiled by the Last Magazine as an emerging talent in fall 2010. Hough's illustrations will be appearing in a forthcoming fashion illustration textbook published by Laurence King, and the New York Times best selling novels White Girl Problems, and Psychos; a White Girl Problem book, in which he visually defined the style of the protagonist, Babe Walker. While Hough's paintings and illustrations are serious passion projects, his main focus is fashion design. Having worked as artistic director, stylist, and most recently senior womenswear design at Band of Outsiders, he is currently traveling, painting, sketching, and shaping the next chapter. |
